About the Course

Learners explore the world of optics through a series of up to three different experiments. These include a prisms experiment where they look at which prisms is the best at splitting up the beam of light, a lenses experiment where they must try and target a beam of light onto a particular point and a visual impairments experiment where they try on different goggles and record there times as they complete a simple sorting box challenge. Throughout the workshop there is a focus on conducting a fair test and working in teams.

This is ideal as part of a carousel of workshops throughout the day with multiple deliverers or it can be repeated throughout the day to different classes.

Works in a standard classroom with projector and screen
