Application Deadline Extended:

FUEL is a free holiday activity and food project that offers participants the opportunity to take part in a range of fun activities and receive a nutritious meal during school holiday periods. It is funded by the Department of Education.

To be eligible to attend the programme children must receive benefits related free school meals, be of school age and either be a resident of Wiltshire or attend a school in the county.

FUEL Activity Camps

Core fuel Camps

FUEL summer camps will run in 10 locations across Wiltshire, Monday to Thursday for the four weeks of August (10am to 2pm), from 1 August - 25 August.


If you are applying for Royal Wootton Bassett FUEL camps these are running 11am to 3pm.

  • Amesbury - Amesbury Sports Centre

  • Calne - Calne Community Campus

  • Chippenham - Sheldon School

  • Devizes - Devizes Leisure Centre

  • Melksham - Canberra Centre

  • Royal Wootton Bassett - Lime Kiln Leisure Centre (Running 11am-3pm)

  • Salisbury- Sarum Academy

  • Trowbridge - Oasis Academy

  • Warminster - Warminster Sports Centre

  • Westbury - Matravers School

SEND Fuel Camps

FUEL summer camps specific for those with a disability or additional needs will run in 2 locations across Wiltshire.


Each camp will run for four weeks of August, for two days a week (10am - 2pm)

Mondays and Tuesday (1-2 August, 8-9 August, 15-16 August, 22-23 August)

  • Salisbury -

Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre: Wednesdays and Thursdays (3-4 August, 10-11 August, 17-18 August, 24-25 August)
