We are looking for a new NCS Sales Coordinator to join our expanding team, the key objective in the role is to engage with young people and encourage, persuade and support them to take part in National Citizen Service (NCS).

What is National Citizen Service?

NCS is the government's flagship youth programme for 15-17-year olds.

NCS is an experience designed to challenge participants and make them more socially engaged.

Participants experience residential activities away from home and team‑based skill building sessions, before developing their own Social Action Project designed to benefit their local communities.


To date, more than 500,000 young people have taken part in NCS.

The Role:

To be successful in the role you will have to be a confident communicator both in one to one as well as in large presentations. All young people will attend an assembly presentation at school, the successful candidate will need to lead a number of these events with the aim to; engage, enthuse and encourage young people to sign up for the programme.
