About the workshop

  1. Undertanding what is motivation 

  2. How hormones affect our motivation 

  3. Team obstacle challenge is used to demonstrate how exercise can raise energy levels. 

  4. Concludes with teams being challenged to present a motivational poem. 


This workshop can be part of a whole Wellbeing day.

Learner outcomes: 

  • Understand what motivation is and what can inspire it.

  • The three types of motivation.

  • Learn about the Happy Hormones.

  • Learn ways to raise your energy levels.

  • Explore your own creativity.
