About the Workshop
The session starts by looking at what expections are and where they come from.
The class then take part in expectations game to consider real life expectations.
The session focuses on examples of successful people who have experienced failure before sharing some tips.
The class then takes part in a team challenge around resilience, as it is impossible to achieve all elements and that it is ok to make compromises.
This workshop can be part of a whole Wellbeing day.
