About the Workshop
The session begins with a team game aiming to take learners out of their comfort zone. Learners are then asked to reflect on their experience and a discussion follows around what is stress.
Learners then take part in a stress bucket and circle of concern challenge to recognise the control they have over different stresses in their lives. The session concludes with learners having some 'me time' to test out a new activtiy or technique.
This workshop can be part of a whole Wellbeing Day.
