About the Workshop
Learners explore the world of optics through a series of up to three different experiments.
These include a prisms experiment where they look at which prism is the best at splitting up the beam of light, a lenses experiment where they must try and target a beam of light onto a particular point and a visual impairments experiment where they try on different goggles and record their times as they complete a simple sorting box challenge.
Throughout the workshop there is a focus on conducting a fair test and working in teams.
