How does stress affect us, and how can we manage it?


  • Understand what stress is and how it can affect us. Students explore the circle of concern and how using this, and other techniques, can positively affect stress levels.

This workshop can be part of a whole wellbeing day.

Stress

Workshops can be booked on their own and delivered on rotation throughout the day or delivered as part of a series of workshops,

where classes rotate between multiple activities.
