About the Workshop
Introduction to atoms, molecules, and compounds.
Understand what different medicines are used for.
In pairs, build a series of molecules of medical drugs.
Discussion around careers linked to biochemistry.
Build a large molecule as a class whilst learning about the drug discovery process.
This workshop is great as part of a full STEM day for Keystage 3 learners. It can also be run as a careers fair stand.

Workshops can be booked on their own and delivered on rotation throughout the day or delivered as part of a series of workshops,
